I buy unlock for Samsung Galaxy S2 (Europe) i9100. how long it takes to get unlock code?

Added 2012-01-06 and now it is 2012-01-10 and still not done. I know weekend does not counts, and I have not counted that in those 48 hours.

What is the holdup?

If its asking him freeze code , then its already given.
