Please use the above details as normal, but to again let you know it has been seen that PM for specific persons are not being sent to be sent to that specific user ID. For Eg: GsmHosting ID: "unlockbylogs" is a support ID and is used by various support staff at Unlock By Logs, so if a PM is meant for Viru must go to GsmHosting ID: "viru", and same in case of JC, LI, Unlock Support, and any more. Please make sure you have all the support staff personal ID's if you wish to send them personal PM. Like one more example recently reported: Many PM for birthday wishes sent to JC landed up in the unlockbylogs forum support id, making the PM box flooded and delays in service requests. But we appreciate all your wishes for JC and have been forwarded to his email.
