Server logs pending... - GSM-Forum

Two days ago a submit a job, server logs for Cruiser, and still pending!!!! It´s supouse to be instant, so what hapened with this?
I write a PM to Mr Viru and email to Mr Hafiz, no one answer and no one solve my problem, please support, check this and do something...order 46715, username gasparydagmar,

24 hours of how many minutes???? 31 hours of 60 minutes have past and no results...

Wake up man!!! two days and a half has pass since your last comment and you don´t resolve it, if you can´t do it, refound my credit,... I will buy it at another site...
