customer want know if order cant be complete for tomorrow (13-12-2013) want cancel them please

Both orders are in process and can't be cancelled at the moment.
We cancelled it previously but you asked us to re-process them. Shall reconfirm and let you know by email. Will try to get it cancelled.

ok if you sure process will be complete after 3-5 days no problem i can tolk to customer
but after 10 days still cancel by you because cant complete etc than i will have problem with customer because monht nothing happen.

anyway i will contact with my customer and hold them for a week more but pls dont tell me after week cant be done.
