I have bought 200 cedits and I have create a new account for user : issouf 22gsm" I received in my mail link for account activation for confirmation! When i clik on Appear the mesage message error:
400

Page Not Found.
Or you dont have the right to view it!"

And when I try to login using your account details i have:
"Invalid user or wrong password.":

And he confirm that the account was created. I don't understand please some clarification I nee very urgently to get my account. i suppose 48h is enought for resolve this problem Isn't it?

Firstly , try to keep your account secure , we see only you making request multiple times in 6 months about password recovery. We always respond your emails and help you change the details but we need to really know the reason for you loosing the account every few months.

sincerely I don't know why lost my password every time. I have write it in my bookmark but the only thing I know is after some time it not working! the consequence is give phone to other for unlocking

But , this issue is only with you and your account. Your pass has been reset now.
