e220 unlocking error

hi guys im trying to unlock e220 checked comport modem is on com 8 open unlocking software press unlock selecting com 8 but just getting time out error and no the modem is not active tried with 1.1 same error

after trying a lot off things using 1.1 i get this error now
Working...

Wrong model selected.

i have selected e220.

can confirm i have the same result

"wrong model selected"

so it is still not working the software

finally solved

first change crap voda mobile connect to Huawei's Mobile connect, for E220:
http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/f...=20497&ctype=1

before start unlocking, close mobile connect!

Working...
IMEI: 3581920131xxxxx
MODEL: E220
FW: 11.117.09.00.00
Simlock CODE: 29661889
Done.
End.

first port choose HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G Modem
program ask com port again, choose HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface

after this:
Working...
IMEI: 3581920131xxxxx
MODEL: E220
FW: 11.117.10.00.00
Card already unlocked.
End.

trying to unlock 169g already debranded like the e220 which i fooked abt with hours to unlock same story been trying for hours same problem comes up with wrong imei no then says OK then wrong model selected these people should test there product before selling going send mine back to reseller useless piece off software.
