N75 No Access
I have a Nokia N75 from Cingular USA and I have tried 2.06, 2.07, 2.09, and 2.15 firmware and setting for the N75 and 5300 and I get No Access when I try and register a T-Mobile USA SIM card. The phone behaves as it is unlocked using the Tornado SIM but I can not get it to register using a non Cingular SIM, all I get is No Access. Any Ideas?
