However you seem to be lucky. According to your forum account, you live in Bulgaria. There is a DM3 service center (Bucarest, Romania) just 50 km from the border of your country. Depending on where in Bulgaria you live, you may be able to use our service with a 1-2 hour drive on a saturday afternoon. We're working on it, and try to offer our service in more places as fast as we can.

The UK prices were changed on 22.05.2008 to £14 regardless of the Model or Network. Handsets which were previously in Band A and charged at £16 have now gone down by £2 per handset. A lot of the new handsets appearing in the market which would have gone into the old Band A will also see the benefit of this reduction.

That of course doesn't mean we would give it away for free. I worked very hard for a very very long time (years!). We spent a lot of money on tools and materials. And during all that time we risked that someone else (for example: Dejan) comes up with a solution faster. In that case, everything would have been useless. Worse, this risk is still here today. Please understand this answer not only directed to your posting, but also to all the similar ones that appear on the forum every once in a while. Best regards and happy unlocking!

Member: 2993 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | hello, i understood the new tale of raskal & co. i 'll put my bb5box in basket trash. i see that now they wont release update for bb5box,jafplus..etc because they spend all resource into this new project where they can earn more money easily. i am waiting for arrive of dm3 here in italy and it will be the end of many small shops . if i have to open the phone and to do a testpoint i ask at least 30-40 euro and now you arrive with no tp box and ask 20 euro or less... all private client will come to your dm3 shop like a bear that follow the honey smell. you have correctly apply an old latin sentence: mors tua vita mea. this is only my point of view. regards and good luck at all |

what updates you want on those boxes, since all phones that can be made with testpoint are covered? the only solution until now for all phones is DM3. i wish also to have new nokias covered by tools that i have in my shop already, but for the moment is not possible. and about customers from italy, you have on dm3 service prices for traders. dm3 is not interested how much you charge your customers, so you can easyly earn something from dm3. about italian market, until now there was no request for any amount of phones, so this is it for the moment. br

say at £200 per set (very average BB5 second hand price), this total £4000. even if DHL or some other idiots does insure a small packet for £4K, how long to get compensation? DHL will try to avoid payment. all this time you have 20 customers screaming, where is my phone..
