C7 RM-675 contact retailer after wrong unlock whit DM3

Hello.
I send one C7 new for unlock to DM3 team and come back whit "contact retailer".
DM3 say flash whit last version but some situation.
I Flash whit 012.004 : 059B4Z7 - russian_bulgaria_romania_charcoal_black.
Any ideea for repair?

Sorry to water this party. We dont (yet) support the C7, so when you give a C7 to us we will just give it back unchanged. We wouldnt charge you anything and wouldnt do anything to the phone.

I dont know who you talked to, but it is definately not DM3. The "flash with last version" things sounds very suspicious too. We dont give such advice. When we unlock something, it leaves our hands exactly as before (but unlocked). And when we cant unlock something, it leaves exactly as before (and not unlocked). We dont use flashing tools.

Hello sir but phone it was in good condition until send to DM3.
This ideea is from mr. Andrei (Andres).
And you say not support the C7 yet but.....

Deblocare in exclusivitate TOATE modelele nokia SL3.

Important:
1. Pt nokia N8 va rog sa desfaceti capacul si bateria, sa le trimiteti fara.
2. Pt nokia C7, va rog sa desfaceti telefonul si sa imi trimiteti decat PCB ul
3. Nokia C3 si X2 nu sunt suportate pentru moment
Procedura:

Telefoanele trebuie sa ajunga la sediul nostru din Craiova pana cel tarziu MIERCURI 5 Ianuarie.

Va rugam puneti pe fiecare telefon sticker cu numele service ului vostru (sau nickname,...).

Toate aparatele trebuiesc insotite de un formular atasat mai jos
1. numele companiei care a trimis aparatele (un antet este de ajuns)
2. MODELE + IMEIURILE pentru fiecare aparat in parte
3. stampila si semnatura autorizata.
Fara acest forumular completat exact in descriere, telefoanele se intorc in aceeasi zi la expeditorul initial.

best is if you directly contact andres.
c7 is not supported by any box till date.

we got also all c7 untouched back from dm3.
so all are in same condition like before, means working or with same faults like before.

ps: in your phone are the simlock data demaged, thats the reason for contact service.
