Can DM3 do 8520 and 9550 Keypad Mapping? - GSM-Forum

We have customers with such phones asking us if we can do it. Does DM3 do this?

8520 from AZERTY/QWERTZ to QWERTY
9550 Virtual Keypad from AZERTY/QWERTZ to QWERTY

8520 definately supported for keyboard change.

9550 has not been tested yet but should not be a problem

My customer call your agent in China but your agent doesnt really bother to answer his phone nor reply his SMS for many days. Why does DM3 have agent like that?
