By now, all DM3 service centers are ready for LG unlocking.

something can happen which flashing phones can be locked to all network... also if counter locked... in those case phones can be unlocked

trust me

when you have phone with otp, phones can't be restored with dm3...

so for all customer, check always before unlock and no worry

Another thing:

:P it's funny to see on image a KU580 that's is a SEMC phone and a little mistake KT610 is supported, KT620 doesn't exist...

Phones allways block after flashing 100%
after flash need unlock again

good job from dm3 , but how much cost to unlock lg s phones are the same prices like nokia or blackberry .

Please contact your DM3 service center for exact prices (not all have identical prices). In general, an LG unlock costs about the same as a Nokia 5310 unlock (except for the xx250 series which can be a bit cheaper).

I gave a brand new fully working KU990 on orange to my service point agent who sent this to DM3 stoke i believe.
The handset was returned back showing as
'unavailable OTP BLOCK'

i asked my service point agent why this had happened and he sends back to stoke dm3, who after 5 days send this back and say that this
'is not caused by dm3 box'

this is untrue as the phone was working 100% and now my customer wants me to replace his phone.
DM3 Dont want to accept responsobility when its there fault

otp block error you want the repair by server of service technical it is data system demaged in your
phone

I supported the decision to send it back to you.

In the past I've seen several phones with OTP problems, and was always able to see their traces in the logs. They usually come already with bad OTP, which I can identify by bad checksum. It's rare but also possible that the unlock fails, which can be identified by the result code.

Your phone came with good OTP, and the unlock was successful (no errors). From all I can see, it must have been damaged afterwards.

If you still feel that we're in error, please talk to Adam directly (+44-1782311110).

i have used dm3 through your agent for my market stalls and never had problems ever with nokias...but this time i have to say that this problem was caused by dm3 unlock..
this LG is brand new never been tampered with ,straight from the customer and sent into your offices for unlock.

I just want to sort this out as i cant afford to start buying people phones after you have done something....Even though i sent it you couldnt even repair it yet your agents in austria say they can..

i just want it fixed so i can return back to my customer on ilkeston market or replacement.
