| DM3 Tool - UK - STOKE-On-Trent - disaster!!! READ IT AND WATCH OUT!!! Hello, I went today to unlock my 6303 to Stoke-On-Trent(information from DM3 tool website). Yesterday I've checked the website for prices and was €18 euro so it's around £15 and the unlock shouldn't take more than 5 min. 20 miles(both ways), found the place, went inside, asked question: -Hello, can I unlock this phone? What's the price? -Hello, yes you can. The process takes 48h and cost £30. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() :Thanks, but no thanks!!! I've spent £5 for petrol for nothing!!!!!And that was just a trial unlock. I wanted to start brining more and more phones for unlock but for this price I rather to build SuperPc and calculate them by myself!!!! DM3 TOOL - bad experience for me!!!!! |

| I wonder if you told the shop that you were a "TRADE PERSON" and you WOULD LIKE TO USE DM3 SERVICE?? other wise the store will think you are just a normal custumer like any other Bare in mind you just bring 1 phone with you NOT 10 or 100 or 1000 So next time insdead of posting absolutly nonsence just THINK ![]() ![]() and also perhaps DM3 was not in the store so they would have to send it to them also that cost money. AGAIN YOU WALKED IN WITH ONLY 1 PHONE!! gee sometimes I think no much inteligence left in this world Br 11252412121518120151825 919 21311 914 25152118 1497820 13185 |

| i can only speak for the dm3 point where you was driving to them and also for most others: most dm3 points can not unlock for 18€ per phone. many sl3 points need to drive many times from shop to shop to hotel and back again and then again need to drive to bick up the phones... need to call the customers, need to numerate and manage the customer database to give back the right phone to right customers... thats many many work, the price from 18€ can only hold by shops where dm3 team is direct processing at same place. and yes... also you need to say that you are not normal customer, to get unlocker price and not customer price. usualy dm3 unlock is very very fast (the fastest available) but dm3 service points dont drive for every phone when its done, they wait till all phones are finished and bick it up and bring to customers... its not possible for them to wait for every phone... you see... there is mutch work behind. next time is better to make a short call to your nearest dm3 point, to ask about conditions, then you know it before you drive... ps: good luck with own hardware for bforce... iam shure you will be mutch more dissapointed! i have tested bforce methode in last weeks every days.. the minimum hardware to start will cost you 1700€ and even with this hardware you can wait for code 1hour to 4 days or even more... you can prozess only 1 phone at same time, the complete system will heat up to 90-100 dragees if you bforce at full power so you need to cool down with aircondition or in winter time with minium a big fan to hold temp at 70-80 dragess. at the end, you will pay more + hardware, because you will see it is realy useless... | Hi Gadzio I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our stoke service point. The price you were charged was a retail customer price. We do have reduced prices for trade customers. We ask for all trade customers on their first visit to provide some evidence that they have a mobile phone business. A business card, compliment slip, or letter head would all be accepted. I'm not sure why you believed that your phone would be done in 5 minutes? Did someone tell you this? I am more than happy to send you over a trade price list, and also offer you free return postage on 10 or more handsets so that do not have to make a 20 mile drive each way. As a gesture of good will I will also arrange for you to have the trade discount that you missed out on with your 6303 the next time you bring or send any handsets to us. Just bring with you a copy of this text. Regards Adam 01782 311110 DM3 |
