hey there guys i have attempted to get my N97 unlocked at Harry's and what a pain that is i posted it off on tuesday for next day via royal mail and still it aint turned up so i phoned Harry's to see if they got it and the chap to me they tried to deliever it but he dont except anything till 12noon now how do explain to royal mail not to deliver till 12 lol and now its lookin that i wont get my phone back till at least tuesday now thats if they manage to do it but i will let u all know if i do manage to get it unlocked.

Well its been nearly 3 weeks now and he has made so many excusses about sendin me my phone back i wish i hadnt of sent it he has told me he has been able to unlock it but yet my eyes anit seen it i spoke to him today and he has told me he is so busy he will get round to it so now i have told him i will contact the police if it aint back with me soon. oh and to top it all off i sent him a postal order for the amount he requested but now he his telling me he is not actualy called Harry's that is just a nick name so just be careful guys when u send off ur valuables but i dont think i will be givin him a good review but i will keep u all posted

Sorry to hear you have suffered this type of problem with one of our Service Centers but I can honestly say that this is the first time we have had this type of problem at Harry's. I have spoken to them this morning and have been assured your handset was sent back this morning.

Once again I can only apologise for any inconveniance caused and I am happy it was brought to our attention as it will help us ensure this type of problem does not arise again.

when i spoke to you i did ask you to send the phone after 12 but you sent it as a morning parcel you can apprecate i do not open till 11 am so it was pointless sending it for a am slot thus makinging it hard for me as i have very little free time to go running round to the postoffice to collect the phone it was a couple of days till i could get to post office to pick it up your unlock is free .from DM3 and harry enjoy christmas

well i have received my N97 this morning and i have to say thanks DM3 ur hardware has managed to do it and i will be informing alot of custom to your door as this is the only way and the safest way to get this model unlocked many thanks for your hard work in producing such a item

but to harryjani i got my phone this morning but i didnt get my postal order back so wasnt free as stated but then hey i got it unlocked and back in the end

Can you please let me know if this can be done for a blackberry BOLD 9700

I have been given the WRONG codes from a so called reputable unlocking company & have only 1 try left.

Harry is close to where I am can I go directly and get it done ?

Yes we can unlock it, despite wrong codes and even when you had 0 attempts left.

In some places we do it on the spot, at other places you have to leave the phone overnight. Call them to find out!

just to ask what prices you Guys charge @ London
its shoud b similar to Manchester?

for example in spain 6700 being charged 18euro and in London about £18

but in manchester Smart phone Charging £25/=

is that right price we been charged?

Is it possible to unlock a Nokia E71 locked to the 3 network? And also revert the menus to the original Nokia ones?

Have been looking for a few days now and seems like theres no one providing unlocking codes for this device online. DM3 is my last hope. I'm based in Wimbledon and a quick visit to Extra Mobile would be easy to arrange!

Yes we can unlock the Nokia E71 however we do not De-brand Nokia handsets. Please call or visit Tim at Extra Mobile on 07765 400108 for unlocking price and turnaround time. He will also be able to give you information and pricing on De-branding your handset/
