help tp upgrade dongle

first of all i installn main exe 3.00, then 3.14 , run dongle egate driver xp,connect dongle with pc, driver install successfully,run dongle upgrade tool, upgraded dongle success,run NFF.exe "NOKIa fault finder" arrived, after some time main set up arrived "LOADING" and when dongle seriel no came it vanished.after that i upgrade dongle again,then Dongle upgrade started:1:05:52 PM----------
Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server found!
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Server connection successfully established.
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs[/COLOR]


i un instal egate driver remove dongle ,connect again,driver instal autometically,then i run NFF,exe b ut same problem. please help

i also instal fresh window xp servis pack 2, i have HP dv6000 latest laptop with Vista also, i try with vista , but same result, means ,when run NFF.exe NFF logo appear, then set up appear :LOADING" written and when dongle serial no appear suddenly it vanished

Prob. solved with the help of "KUKU" via phone. Thanks , alot of thank KUKU.
solutioin: instal main set up 3.0, then 3.14, connect UFS, instal driver from c:/program/nff/driver/ufs driver , then instal egate driver setup of vista from c:/program/nff/driver/ egate driver/vista setup. then connect nff dongle with pc, it will ask driver ,either driver will be install auto or give the driver .now remove dongle then connect again, run NFF.exe every thing is ok

Hello,
i have the same problem.
I canīt open the software.
I install and reinstall the software and drivers 3 times and always the same result :

The Software open for 2 seconds and then closed it...
-I use main software 3.0 then updated to 3.14
- the dongle is upgraded to 2.0


Please help me, i have some phones to test.
What can i do to run the software!
