I have tried the whole day and can use this dongle
- install setup
- install update I give him click to nff and only one sees the software and is closed

Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server found!
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

Done. Dongle_Upgrade_Tool 1.10.rar uploaded to support area in the folder "Dongle Upgrade Tool"
Please download it , Unpack it and try to update your dongle

Exactly same error here, trying to update dongle using updater 1.10
