Hi supporter, im reciving my dongle today, im sad, if the user dont have UFS, TORNADO, OR SARAS BOXES, cant use u product, is a joke ? u sell a dongle whit out interface, or this are extra addon for saras boxes ? sorry but i dont understend, i cant use the USB funtions of the NFF whit out saras box, why ? i sink this are bad, im buy new product not an addon for saras boxes.

P.D : im hoppe a response from u team, and keep it work hard, im supose this a small problem and can solve

im still waiting a response from u team, for sell u reply fast, but for take kare of u costomer dont, im feel verry bad about not response.
