i m the very new persom with setool. i dont know how use setool. Today i saw this post but can understand whta i do with this file i mean to say what are the facilities of this files. i want help from any senior member.

You need this file to unlock. You have a diferent file for all models and operator. when you identify the mobile phone the software identify a rest file to use. So you need to go the setools support and download this file. Its like a firmware file to unlock the phone.
