resellers tells me that user and password are ok, but it's been a year since I bought logs and logs invalid for over a year for SETool, Is this true or what would be a problem mogo what appears wrong user and password?and up to 2 months before he was normal, formatted my computer but I think it would be a problem should.I ask for help if someone knows something to solve that, thank you all

healthy people eat even had a problem with this SETool box, and ate some managed to solve it to recover the loan, ie. user and password?
