Box Spontaniously Stops Working - GSM-Forum

I woke up this morning to find that the LG application crashed and the software no longer responds to the hardware. I get a timeout error when starting the program. The updater software does not want to connect either. Seems kind of soon for 3 month old hardware to die! Is there any repair software out there? Is it possible the box could have corrupted itself? Warranty?

Same result. I also tried another setool box on the computer and it worked.

I am not a computer newb. My PC is in perfect working condition and does not have viruses. This issue happens with TWO different computers. I have another setools box that works with BOTH computers perfectly.

Why was this posting transfered to a different section? I did post this in the setool 3 section...

Nonetheless I contacted support and was told to post here. I guess it was a diversion tactic to not deal with the issue that this crappy box lasted only 3 months. So much for GPG... I did not have issues with them before until now.
