reflash phone with another generic firmware ...root phone and repeat process.. today i unlocked 1 o2 c1505 phone without any error....

Yes its supportet just flash it first whit a other fw than unlock it without any probleme change usb port 2.0 and try with a orginal sony cable to a usb port 3.0 this phone was a sfr france

1. phone should not be rooted, setool2 will handle everything.
2. you will not lose credit in any way. any subsequent operations with this phone will be free, so feel free to stop process in any step.
