cannot go to support - GSM-Forum

Somebody kindly help me, I've bought an Setool 3 box and I've dowloaded the latest v0.915062. I've installed all driver. I can even connect the box through the software, it shows the card serial number, everything is ok but when I click on "GO SUPPORT" button the internet explorer opened and a huge white screen come out only with some text i.e. " Please login from soft only" I can't understand how to go to support. kindly help me.

use mozzilafirefox ...........and go to support
