these days there ain't no access to s1 server, so ypu can't unlock your phone this way.

Try with 1,2 and 5 as settings, I'm not sure but maybe your phone might be unlockable with alt bypass method.

i have the same problem here, unlock code not found. setool team kindly do something
to s1 server that is down now
