Correct prosedure to unlock Xperia ARC please

What is the coreect procedure to unlock arc, ray, ...i find difficulties to connect the phone as you can see on the picture. I download all drivers posted here in the forum and use the correct test point. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. thanks for advises.

Here is procedure.

1.
prepare for testpoint operation.
check testpoint location for your phone model in dist/v1.1286/docs
open testpoint for access
get some needle with wire, connect it to phone gnd ( battery minus ) or to usb cable shield, etc.


2.
select proper phone model.
on settings check signed mode, use alternative security bypass, do full unlock instead usercode reset
fill login/password and check if account valid.(if you dont have activation qualcomm-based semc phone)
press unlock
when prompted, execute steps in EXACT order:

remove cable from phone
remove battery from phone
attach testpoint
press "ready"
insert cable to phone, HOLDING TESTPOINT
install drivers from dist/v1.1286/drivers/USBFlash_driver/
when prompted detach testpoint
press "ready"
phone will now be unlocked

should it be on com port or usb port

You should have zeus driver for your phone.

And unlock is done with simple micro usb cable
