There are allot of thread and 99% of them was with no solution
Decide to ask and make searching easier for mine self
Does any one has pay solution about counter blocked on AID 4 Xperia ?

I Read somewhere there is solution via EMMA service but who has access ?

Only official Sony service centre have access to SEMC. They will not simply unlock your phone for you without good reason obviously. Access to SEMC is strongly monitored. I'm sure the_laser has access but only for 'testing purposes' lol

He doesn't.

But just go to any SEMC sc in your country, and polite ask for unlock.

They will ask you is that cellphone is purchased domestic. And if it is, they will unlock it.
