This is a problem: "HDR block not accepted,error: A9"

Unlock phone @ speed 115200 and after this, flash only main part of flash.

u mean main firmware file
not fs just main file

perhaps u have selected wrong cid firmware u have selected Cid36 file
try to flash via cid49 files ur problem will solve .
