forums leader sir please help me.....i activate lgtool 13 days ago...then connect box to pc and run lgtool software this thime workin fine and after i close software then re run setool software working fine but next day not any software working.............i reformate system and install xp after same problem....reformate system and install win7 but not solve my problem then i post 3days ago but not reply any product supporter and manager...please help me..................before activation my box is workin fine this proble is come to after activation..

Since drivers looks ok, open the box and try to reseat smarcard in reader
