Did i lost my credits on setool - GSM-Forum

PLS the laser or any one can help i just finished to update my smart card in other to use new updates lates one v.1099 even when i heard that if i do so i wont be abel to use old update but dint care i just wanna has my boxe update i had credits also but when i update my card here is the log Ready to work

Update completed when i try to get information about my credits in lates updates i realize i have saved the pasword in my olders update so now i canot used my credits cause i dont have the pasword i do have my username but dont has pasword i dindt saved because is too long so i just used when i open my soft PLSSSSSSSS GUYS HELP ME TO GET BACK my credits is not fair to loose it because my mistake i know i should saved is there is way to get my pasword back

I'm almost like you, the difference is that if I have the username and password, but do not take it, contact my vendor, but the reseller tells me that as no server can not do anything about it, and spent 20 days and still the same, please someone could help us in the end pay my 30 logs 90 days ago and never could use because not to do because my reseller does not give me a solution and support the only thing they told me is to talk my reseller

Setool Has Own Support Section Also
Try To Post Maybe Laser Can Help You Otherwise There Is No Other Option To Get Back Your Credit's

also mine they eat 20credits of my SE TOOL BOX, SE TOOL IS EATING OUR CREDITS EVERY NEW UPDATE,I ONLY USED ONCE ODM PHONE VIA SERVER,SO TAKE CARE OF NEW NEW UPDATE

setool never eat any caridts of his caustmers.
every thing is own your hand.
donot blame on team.
team also world first team.
first read all instruction before any opration.

wow that not cool , with your new update it eat up credits i lost my 15 credits,thus better to remove your username and password in setool folder to avoid credit lost , to user who lost there credit nobody could help you , just get over it and always take precautions..

setool team doesnt eat credits...it`s only user error to read faq for better using...10-15 people complain about credit.....

what about the whole rest of us thousands which use this tool? why dont 100-300 people complain about credits?

yes that true only a few people ,but every thing is made out of few , if you sum a lot of 1's is a sum of many , people ask for an answer i just give it to them and hope you understand what this tread all about .
