Hello Friend! for unlock check if phone have Version 2,x in phone
option usb-Setool settings 1+2+5 you need 5 credits.
Connect phone and wait for drivers finish instalation. After disconnect
and Connect again by Press Returm Key.

this error not driver is only disabled antivirus and will be ok

Try dis also:

Go to manager and update driver while phone connected to PC locate adb driver in setool folder...You need to update becoz when you inserted cp to pc, driver will automatically installed in samsung driver.

AntiVirus and firewall must turned off...

what is the android version of the phone? if it is above 2.1 you should downgrade

Thanks, I had not seen that Android 2.3 version then
it drops to 1.6. I had not noticed and you place it
in version 2.1 and came out full.
