Can I please know Why my dongle is blocked?
I am not happy!
Activated with LG , Samsung , Setool Credit inside
plus more that 200 credit for Htc LG HTC...
SN 204070

What have I done?
Is that because I am still using Windows XP or because I have tried to change the PC?

it always says click :http://www.lgtool.net/pub/lgtool_sa.pdf
for more information! I need help!
I have never got a such problem in my entire life!

By the ways , I have fire more boxes all activated! I hope no the same problem - I haven't yet testet...

I also get ttat error only on lg and htc phone codes yet work on other models any clue on why ???

Because you need positive credit balance (at least 1 LGTool credit) to get free HTC and LG codes these days. This was changed 2 updates ago.
