Error trying t oactivate setool box - GSM-Forum

Hi guys, please help me, Im trying to update my setool box, cause untill now i didnt have it.

So I bought 30 credits from gsmserver and received user name and passw,

I tried to update it using updater sw and activator se, but bouth of then didnt work. Sometimes i get error:

Checking with server.
cmd err: [request denied]

Sometimes i get another error messages like server error 32., I changed ini file and put username and passw and server and put ini file in v1.02 folder, I think it is the correct way, but as I said I always get errors.

CARD SERIAL IS: 00048629
USERNAME IS: Order500926

Would you please help me?
