executer not deleted - GSM-Forum

I unlock k530i using the test card procedure, afterward I forget to delete the executer. The came back the following with the phone dead after going to play games and found the executer.

I tried to flash phone but no responds, what should I do please sir.?

check option enable pre loader only then click unlock repair will fix phone
