failed unlock and consume all my credits

I try to unlock J108i like this post Successfully unlock sony cedar j108i [Archive] - GSM-Forum and the setool server consume all my credits (13 credits) and not unlock the phone.
I need the team check in server and refund my credits soon as possible, here is the log:

Thank for response, I detect that was a mistake, the credits are OK in the original user, I was doing the operation with a user/pass, and without close the software the own software change the user, thank *** I detect the problem changing to another version and detect that user/pass have the 13 credits, I was very worry, this is a bug in setool software, the software change the user during operation as you see in the log.
Any way, I have my credits in the same place.... I was crazy for some hours, the refund credits actions are very very complicate with your team.
