dear frien not need to user name and passworkd for setool support dear just click on support

just click support on setool interface and using firefox browser for open setool support

You use Pass & User + IP, if you are doing unlock via Server Mate, You have to Buy Credits from Reseller, reseller will give you User, Pass & IP.

i want to unlock w200i but in processing finally appcar sentence phone cid not suported in this mode.....
next i read in user manual i gave instructure for unlock with server,plase help
