help pls sgtool

I have activated my setool sgtool not yet started, does not give any error, just does not open, lgtool 2.0 works perfectly.

thx for replay but it does not work. i have the problem since update to 2.00.
the same problem at all my workstations with differnt setool cards.

me to have same problem after installing v2 card not found error came other pc where v 1.99 install card working ok
