Help unlock SONY st21i (NOT SE) - GSM-Forum

Hello

Can somebody say me whow i can unlock SONY st21i. I saw option in Setool soft, inside PDA, but i cant identify because soft say me that i must press "back" button (dont exist, it isn´t a button) or press volume down, but nothing. I make plug, un-plug, all buttons...

Please, can somebody help me?

Ente the code we sent you and comfirm.

How to check the code counter in Sony phones:

Switch on your phone without SIM card,
Compose *#*#7378423#*#*
Select Service Info and then Simlock
If X is with Network and it is not 0 you can unlock your phone via code
If X is 0 your counter is locked and unlocking via code is not possible.

Hello

Thanks but where is the code sent to me? Setool soft doesnt recognice the phone. i cant make any unlock/identify process.

Any other idea? Do i need press another buttons combinations? Thanks

U Can Not Unlock This Model With Setool.

connect powered off st21 phone while holding volume down button, make sure usbflash drivers installed ( usbflash device appear in device manager )

then download software
Device Remover - The Powerful Device Manager
run it, wait until it finish collecting device info,then click once on button
"trigger hw detection"
after that connect powered off st21 phone while holding volume down button
copy ( right button, copy all ) "application messages" from program and attach it here.

locked phone is 50 euro here in germany.. unlock is 50 euro but unlocked device cost 95 euro.. nothing more to say
