how change CID52 to CID53 for S500i? - GSM-Forum

i tried to unlock S500i by flash then unlock?
phone is CID52 .... but flash availble from support area only with CID53
how change CID52 to CID53 for S500i?
i tried to change CID using Write Sript? using only ( setting .first option)?

how to unloch this phone ?
how to change to CID53?
which setting to TICK? so i can change CID52 to CID53

use DREAM_BOX or HWK
and click upgrade CID to CID52

simple, you can do it with setool

go to settings tab and check signed mode

come back to se tab and make recovery holding 2+5

then go to empty fill tab

select correct model

add gdfs for your phone, in gdfs folder

select desired cid (not neccesary) input imei (not neccesary)

then click flash, make sure signed mode is checked

then again add erom, ( eeprom) in eroms folder.

note

any eeprom you select here determines your cid

the files has db2020 cid 53_52-----

the number you see first will be your cid so choose one

click flash, new cid installed and phone unlocked.

make full flash and customise

Note

most of this s500i are written s500i at the back but board is w580

if after flash screen is too big flash with w580

No, just Update same phones firmware to latest version.
