For unlocking alcatels phones with PRD shall put all PRD informations or somes? I always have UNSUPPORTED PRD most than 10 times with diofferents phone models. Some one can post THE WAY to put PRD? thanks all

For example
Alcatel IMEI:869120010865620

Modtel OT-3040

ProviderId:3040G-2BTBGB1

how exactly you enter them?
