plz some one guide me.

I have one J132 with the IMEI damaged, the phone doesn't turn on.
How can I fix the IMEI and the phone?

If I check Signed Mode, the soft doesn't detect my phone, even with one 100% working phone.
I have to uncheck signed mode. So, I can't unlock it (repair it)

what happend?
