i did but nothing happened.....when i leave both buttons....when Huawei logo comes.

i am not able to enter this code on the phone...because when i touch on SOS and press Yes for Dail SOS number phone display message Operation failed..what's wrong here..Is this phone blocked?....Now how i can reset its phone password..thanks
