now here in portugal is lake this....they give unlock code to unlock eny fone ....realy eny fone...LG...SONIERYCSSON....NOKIA...SAMSUNG....ZTE ... if cliente pay mor 25% from fone .....exemple sonierycsson cost 60 euros they sale code for 25% = to 15 euros.....unlock some ericsson here how much y take??????

for this one Sony Ericsson Spiro QuikSilver is 69.90 from tmn how mutch y tkae costemer....30 euros??????????'here it´.s mor cheap codes from net.....that unlcok wed box.....y fink 6 credits to mutch....y new user...olredy pay new 1 time activacion ...now to mutch credits........

y pay 200 euros to work wed 1.09 .....hummmm realy y will lose clients now....for shore

He is saying, Here in Portugal, You can buy any phone unlocked if you pay 25% more on the selling price of a network locked phone. For exemple: Spiro costs 69.00 euros, if a buyer pays 25% more, he can have it unlocked. Now how can we charge 25 or 30 euros to unlock a cheap phone?
