shut it down. You have to press the volume up key and power button at the same time until the System Recovery Menu will appear. Release the buttons. Then you have to wipe data/factory reset. Then delete all data, click on yes using your power key. Then reboot system. Your phone is unlocked. All data deleted including the pattern lock Regards | |
