how to unlock z310a - GSM-Forum

hello i use search button but i tried to unlock a z310a but always when i press the "C"button and conect the ubs to the computer always appera as usb flash device and i tried to intall the driver but said cannot install driver
ani idea of what i'm doing wrong?

try with holding 2 key not "c" or 2+5.
