In order to connect with phone you should:
1. Install HTC ADB drivers
2. Turn on the phone
3. Enable Debug mode in phone (Settings->Applications->USB Debug)
4. Check your Internet connection
5. Plug standard microUSB Cable

thx for replying, my eyes are in great condition...didnt see any log of any box..

dont know too much about HTC, few models wasnt able to unlock, looks like need to make a call to customers..

This metod work ONLY for phones that can be S-OFF-ed ... mean till now One must be with HBOOT under 1.54 ... so you have to check bootloader. Just spend one day to check what can be done to downgdare boot ( pfu S-OFF is needed !!! ) and finaly some paid credits on LGE service to get finaly code for unlock - pfu ... just forget to see that phone come from Serbia - s.hit - code not work ...

Any way - the key is S-OFF-ing

Just ran across this new product which I hope to see being incorporated into LGTool for unlocking HTC One with bootloader higher than 1.44
