I thik it's not a PC problem i use this service on cheap intel machine of 100$ with XP SP2. Also have one lap top fujitsu with i5 on win 7 32x work's perfectly.
Give more information about ur phone here and all steps what u doing.

I follow the instruction carefully ACCORDING to setool, only ommited step removed battery, HTC FLYER CANT REMOVED BATTERY, THEN I SWITCH OFF AND SWITCH ON BACK, REMOVED USB CABLE , DITACHED POWER SUPPLY FROM SD/CARD.

i tried but not success
i sold thin wires on mmc and insert it in mmc card reader then
software cant search card reader
how to do that?
i have windows 7 64bit
i connect wires with powersupply means dragon box supply but cant detect card reader device
any advice?

In PC card reader do NOT put power supply. Power supply goes just when sdcard is in phone.

To connect with this phone you should use special microSD cable.
Press the button "Cable" to view pinout.
