today i unlocked samsung i9070 with sgtool.
steps
1. root the phone
2. unlock with sgtool follow the instruction on screen
3. and then enter 00000000 prompt for network unlock code 2 times
thats it

this is setool section, what are trying to do ?

ns pro can unlock it too . but you must ROOT first.
