after format my pc
installing my setool to lgtool..

i think is a server probleme , i did activate blackberry free on 07/01/2015 and i got the same message : Invalid Server Replay
so waiting for the server to be on on 09/01/2015

Anybody knows when server will be online again? Have many LG phones for unlock by IMEI and customers goes mad.

1.99 it ok why.......it server problem or smartcard problem befor 2.46 it ok when format my pc it errer"invalid server reply" my smartcard it activate

Copy lgetool license file from working pc to other pcs your problem will be solve.

I also have the same problem and my box buy it on as the December 10th I reached 19 diembre and active 5 bone the install and activate lgtool and pack blackberry left me 80 credits and to date no solution where we complain that this actually seems like a scam we have days and no one solvent the problem since we live in boxes or tools we acquire
