J1O8i after unlock strange problem

Dear forum brothers i have been in this gsm business for some years and had never seen this before.
I manage to unlock 2 pieces of J108i cid 81 yesterday and tested them myself
the problems is one of my boys made a mistake by exchanging the fones to the owners,they both tested and left the shop yesterday ,today one of them relise he with a different fone so he call our attention and come to the shop
we check our records and find out that what he ws saying was through,so we call the other one and explain everything to him on fone and he agred and brought the fone.
The main problem is now afther exchanging the fones one of the fones is asking about correct sim,but i unlock all yesterday and they were all using till i exchange thier chip for them.please wht sems to be the problem,because i have already lost 6 credits for this two fons

i also unlocked j108i and customer use for one day now it say insert correct sim and it is now 5 lock locked even test sim not work i have sign file and execurtor file plz help

you forget to delete the executor from the phone
restore the early securiy backup, if it was done setool\backup\01261100239078\01261100239078_5_1_20 12_time.backup
use write script.

now you can access the menu with testcard or original sim, so retry the unlocking for free.(while the signature is inside the pc)
after the unlocking is done, delete the executor

without the above backup, it is a break and it can not be unlocked with setool

warning: for j108, press identify to create the security backup before any attempts

after i successfully unlock se j108i the next day owner of the phone return it to me with 5 locks on it.. It cant even pick test card for re-unlock...
if any one have solution for j108 with 5 locks

just select Ur backup phone and select in misc file and after write scricpt
press and hold c button and attech phone

security units backup should be from WORKING phone state.
if you did not created security units backup from WORKING phone state by executing identify operation, there is NO solution to fix phone using setool2.
