Probably no, this is HW problem.

filesystem could not be started, while firmware flashed and verified successfully.
this is 100% hardware problem and definitely problem with SDRAM, which stacked on top of flash ic.
Expenses of lead free technology

Usually rehot/reball of flash ic will solve this problem.
