* select k800
* mark only SIGN MODE ( 1.01 version already gdfs repair free)
* press RECOVERY
* connect phone with usb or com port
* you get brown 49 k800 after successful RECOVERY
* switch to empty board tab
* select k800
* add k800_GDFS_SSW.ssw
* add DB2020EROM_CNV_RED52_BROWN_CID49_DB2020.ssw
* click flash
* now u get red 52 k800
* flash with red 52 firmware check on settings signed mode "customize phone after flash"
* DONE.

"HDR block not accepted,error: 19" means the color or the cid are mismatching with those in the phone

from here you go
* untick all settings
* switch to empty board tab
* select k800
* add k800_GDFS_SSW.ssw
* add DB2020EROM_CNV_RED52_BROWN_CID49_DB2020.ssw
* click flash
* now u get red 52 k800
* flash with red 52 firmware check on settings signed mode "customize phone after flash"

look at your log the flash file selected is red 49 , update to 52 as Aishur said

check if you can connect the phone through "C" instead of 2+5

if yes, retry to complete the phone (flash without adding firmware), use "C"
if no, the erom is damaged so redo the same process as above (reset )


If none can help, check the pcb and rehot a bit
