k850" phone cid not supported" - GSM-Forum

hi guys am facing a very strange problem today.
ive been trying to flash k850 but i anytime i try i get an error message saying "phone cid not supported"

here is log:

SIGNED MODE (USING SERVER)
CFG:100111000000
ChipID:C802,EMP protocol:0401
BOOTROM MODE DETECTED
OTP DBG: [1,52,1,35887401196062]
unexpected PDU:[06] [0101]
OTP LOCKED:1 CID:52 PAF:1 IMEI:35887401196062
phone CID not supported
Elapsed: 8 secs.

how do i solve this problem?

go to setting and check sing mode. and try...............
